This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for handling order processing, deliveries, and related logistics throughout India.

 

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders.
  • Orders are dispatched only on business days (Monday to Saturday). No shipping on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Delivery address changes are allowed before dispatch. Customers must contact us at care@stanleather.in to request changes. Approval is subject to certain conditions.

 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  • There is no fixed daily cut-off time for order processing.
  • Orders placed during high-volume periods or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.
  • No additional charges for remote locations or heavy items.

 

4. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India.
  • Coverage includes:
    • Jammu & Kashmir
    • Northeast India
    • Andaman & Nicobar Islands
  •  The estimated delivery date shown on the product page may vary slightly for remote pin codes and public holidays.

 

5. Tracking and Notifications

  • Tracking details are shared via:
    • Email
    • SMS
    • WhatsApp
  • You can also log into your STAN LEATHER account to view tracking updates.
  • SMS and WhatsApp updates include the tracking link only, not estimated delivery times.

 

6. Failed Deliveries and Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If a parcel is undelivered (e.g., customer unavailable or unresponsive), it is returned to the origin.
  • We attempt contact via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone before marking the order as cancelled.
  • Re-shipping charges will apply if the customer requests a delivery after the parcel returns to the origin.
