Refund policy

At STAN LEATHER, we stand behind the quality of our leather products. If something isn't right with your order, we’re here to fix it. Our Return, Refund, Exchange, Replacement, and Warranty Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Item is not as described
We do not accept return or exchanges if:
- You changed your mind or no longer like the product
- The item is customized
- The item was sold under a heavy discount or clearance sale
2. Product Condition for Return or Exchange
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Product must be packed securely for pickup
- Unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- We offer reverse pickup across most locations in India
- You must print and paste the provided return label on the parcel
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we may ask you to self-ship
- Shipping costs may be reimbursed depending on the issue and your location
4. Replacement Process
We provide replacements for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product received
- Items not matching the description
How it works:
- A replacement is shipped only after we receive and verify the returned product
- In some cases, we may skip the return and dispatch a replacement directly
- If the original item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternate or refund—your choice
5. Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Product received is defective or incorrect, and you don’t want a replacement
- Replacement is not possible, and no alternative is acceptable to you
Refunds are processed:
- To the original payment method
- Or to an alternate account based on your preference
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product has reached our warehouse, been inspected, and been approved.
- Initiation usually happens within 2–3 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same rules as returns and are allowed only when:
- Wrong item was sent
- Product has a valid defect
Exchanges are processed after return verification.
If the exchange item is unavailable, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
7. What’s Not Eligible
We do not accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds for:
- Customized products
- Heavily discounted sale items
- Any item with missing tags, signs of use, or without unboxing video evidence
8. Warranty Coverage
All STAN LEATHER products come with a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
- Free repairs are offered during this 6-month period.
- Wear and tear from regular use, rough handling, or misuse is not covered.
- To claim free repair service:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email (details below).
- Share your Order ID and photo/video showing the defect.
- The product must be shipped to our address. After the repair, we will ship it back at no extra cost—both repair and shipping are free during the warranty period.
After the warranty ends:
- The product remains eligible for lifetime service.
- Repairs are chargeable based on the issue.
- To get a quote, share your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
- We will assess and inform you of the repair cost.
